Taking care of your tattoo
Taking care of your tattoo
2. Use normal saline solution to wash/clean your tattoo
3. Avoid direct contact with any soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion or any type of skin care product including sunscreen for the first 10 days after your tattoo session
4. Wipe your tattoo clean after showering with a clean cloth or Kleenex
5. Avoid exercise or activity that will induce excessive sweating
6. Food/drinks to avoid: Alcohol beverages, seafood, and fermented food for 1 week after the session
7. No direct sunlight exposure
8. Wear loose, thin breathable clothes
9. After 3-4 days, your tattoo will start to heal and form scabs. DO NOT attempt to peel/scratch off the scab. Let it naturally come off
10. To reduce the irritation it may cause, apply Baby oil directly to your tattoo until completely healed
11. After the scab is peeled off, you will notice a thin layer of skin covering your tattoo. This is normal and will peel of after 7-14 days
12. After 1 month, we highly recommend you to send us a picture of your tattoo to ensure a normal healing process
13. If you have any other questions/concerns, please contact us on our Facebook page *Lady Artist Tattoo during our work hours (10:00-22:00)
